Welcome to WardrobeAI! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of WardrobeAI ("the App") provided by Our Company. By using the App, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using WardrobeAI, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

2. Use of the App

You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and any activities that occur under your account. You must not misuse the App, and you may only use it for lawful purposes. Our Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App if you violate these Terms.

3. User Content

You retain ownership of any content you upload to the App, such as clothes you add to your wardrobe. You are solely responsible for the accuracy and legality of the content you upload.

4. Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal data. By using the App, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described in the Privacy Policy.

5. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the App, including but not limited to trademarks, copyrights, and patents, are owned by Our Company. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the App without our express consent.

6. Referral Program and Points

Our Company may offer a referral program that allows you to earn points by referring new users to the App. Our Company may also offer other ways to purchase or earn points. Points have no cash value and may not be exchanged for cash. Our Company may terminate the referral program or any other points program at any time, with or without notice. When you've referred 4 friends, you no longer need points to create outfits; however, this does not mean you can create unlimited outfits in perpetuity. We reserve the right to limit the number of outfits you can create at any time.

7. Termination

Our Company may terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease. All provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination will survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.
